My name is Erika Totoro, and I am a story artist, stop-motion filmmaker. Originally from Westchester, New York, I recently graduated with a BFA in animation from SCAD in Savannah, Georgia. My latest film, Le Charade is currently in festival circuit with 30+ upcoming showings happening all over the world. 

 

During my time at SCAD, I shared a passionate for growing their small stop-motion community. As the co-founder and president of SCAD’s Stop-motion Club, I dedicated myself to spreading my enthusiasm for the medium to our 400+ members. 

 

I have always held an aspiration for art and film. If I’m not in the studio, in my free time you can either find me goalkeeping on the soccer field or growing my chocolate addiction baking in a kitchen. From pre-production to post-production, I have a variety of skills that I use to follow my passion of creating stop-motion films and telling stories across all mediums. It is with these skills that I hope to one day pursue filmmaking full-time.
